My career in real estate began over 30 years ago and has included managing a department at a law firm specializing in real estate and mortgage enforcement. In this capacity, working on behalf of a large number of financial institutions, I gained tremendous experience in negotiating and restructuring mortgage debts. I added to my credentials by obtaining my Real Estate Licence in 1982, and continued working at the law firm until 2001.

In 2001 I decided to focus my energy on being a full-time real estate salesperson and at that time, I incorporated Scotia Property Management Inc. to manage properties on behalf of my clients and financial institutions. My passion for working with people together with my extensive real estate background made this a natural transition.

Being able to share my expertise through speaking engagements has been a privilege. I have lectured at the Board of Trade in Toronto on the subjects of “Working with your Realtor and Property Manager” and “Restructuring of Debts”. I have led seminars at financial institutions in Calgary, Winnipeg, Vancouver and throughout Ontario. Most recently, I was asked to address the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP) on Mortgage and Real Estate Fraud, as well as speaking on CBC Radio on Marijuana Grow-Ops and the re-sale of these properties.

I am committed to ongoing education so I can be on the cutting edge of new developments in this ever-changing market. With my knowledge and experience, “I am with you every step of the way”.
